We work on a fixed quotation basis. Only after an initial visit to the site will we give a quotation, and once a quote has been submitted it doesn’t change even if the survey takes longer than planned. The whole process is usually as follows:

• Initial consultation with customer to establish requirements;
• Site visit to assess buildings;
• Present fixed quotation to customer;
• Conduct survey;
• Compile and submit report;
• Follow up meeting with customer if required.
