In 2005, Daniel Bobker established Thermal Inspections Ltd to provide organisations with a means of non-invasive diagnostic inspection to help drive better targeted predictive maintenance and sustainability programmes.

The company specialises in infra-red thermographic (IRT) surveys of buildings. IRT survey results provide immediate proof of any energy inefficiencies and/or defects in a building’s fabric. These results can be used to help in improving a building’s thermal condition, and in proving that you have done so – with better sustainability credentials.

Our thermographic surveys assist compliance with regulations such as the Carbon Reduction Commitment, Building Regulations and the Decent Homes Standard. IRT can also validate buildings constructed to the Code for Sustainable Homes.

Thermal Inspections uses only accredited technical engineers and has a network of accredited subcontractors. We are able to fulfil contracts of any size and we work to tight deadlines. Daniel Bobker is a member of the British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing and a PCN certified thermographer.
